Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Tips for future: Please do not go over dirty silicone with new ones without cleaning or removing the old ones. In future always provide your customers with a written quotation specifying the work. Always make sure to place a rag on the floor to protect surface and its very important to clean up afterwards.
