Some people forgot from where they leave and who they are!if they don't get what they want from you will denigrate you and try to put you down in front of other people. He let us know if any issues or problems came up and was able to deal with them quickly. Scott turned up on time every day, finished the job to a very high standard, on schedule and even cleaned up after himself! We can't praise his work enough - we are very happy with our new bathroom!
