Foolishly I completed payment before the job was completed. They promised great things - to remove all rubbish, not done; seven year guarantee - well I do not suppose that is worth the paper it is written on!

The guy come to see the tree, give me a price but never come back to do the job. Call couple of times, message him, said will come next day but didn't come. After 2 weeks send me a message if still I want to cut the tree, job was done with other company.

Despite repeated calls and messages, he promised to return at least FOUR times between April 15 and May 24 but never showed up. I wasted four days of annual leave waiting. Avoid Ryan or R.A.M. Stay away from this company. The refurbishment work was an absolute disaster. Henry left the flat unfinished and in a dangerous state (electricity not properly installed). Nothing was done correctly: tiling uneven, bathroom no waterproof and very poorly finished, no kitchen unit we straight just to mention a few things. We are starting legal procédure as the builders blocked our phone and don’t answer anymore. Stay away from them
