Showed up didn’t have the tile required even after sending pictures of the roof Said they would come back. The day they were due back the van was in for MOT apparently and I got up for the job after being on a nightshift and had no communication . Said they still wanted the job. Give me another day. I asked for a time then basically just ignored me rather than just say they didn’t want the job. Horrendous communication skills. Avoid!

Ricky and his team did a fantastic job replacing our felt flat roof with Firestone rubber. His work included installing all new trims around the edge of the roof so the house looks much smarter now. If they can't or don't want the job, then please have the decency to let your customers know, so that they can arrange with other companies.

Didnt turn up to quote twice. Then only wanted to do the part of the job not requiring planning approval. Tried to talk me into getting the work done then putting in the drop kerb at a later date (pointless as I still wouldnt have any legal access to the drive!) not that I had any confidence in him returning to do the 2nd part anyway. Would not hire this company.
