The guy was honest, told what he could and couldn't do. Installed the bedroom door fine, is still working fine till date, it has been 3 years. He said he could only temporarily fix the bathroom folding door. And it still holds after 3 years. Very happy with his work.

Ben was excellent from start to finish. Even though he lives 100 miles away. We sorted exactly what we wanted by phone and photos. Turned up exactly when he said he would.
