Scott kept us up to date with the work through access to videos etc and stayed on site for longer than anticipated to make sure we were 100% happy. Larry came out when others didn't. He provided a quote, explained exactly what needed done and the process. While doing the job asked, he and his team noticed some other issues allowing me to get everything done at once instead of in drips and drabs. His team also went the extra mile by fix a couple of broken tiles and clearing guttering while they were there. The team also cleaned up as they went along.

Initially felt Mervyn was great - quick to respond, worked quick, tidy and very personable. Unfortunately quickly after works were paid & completed we encountered problems with a toilet he installed and unfortunately it seems he does not stand by his work. Looking back at other reviews I can see this is a trend as he fails to respond . Disappointing as we had been highly recommending him and was considering him for other jobs but now have to pay another tradesman to fix his work.
