They were pleasant and personable while carrying out the job and Ethan took extra care such as getting the same colour guttering that matched the existing one without having to be prompted to do this. He did not quote the price without VAT however, but I was happy to pay it as the work was carried out to my satisfaction.

Beautifully designed kitchen, lovely people, dont think I had his top team. Had to do a lot of tidying up, removing protective edging to units, sanding down and painting round a ceiling light. They had put freezer in incorrectly, screws were too short in a door and it fell apart, a work surface had to be replaced due to warping and the new one is even worse with a chip, a split and pencil marks round it, new garden hose wrecked, used to mix concrete and spade thrown on top, used garden seats as a workbench
