John and his team were straight on hand to give me a number of options to fix my issue. Within half an hour of posting the job they were at my house. The repair started the next day. Great service and value and would recommend if you need any household jobs doing!
Paul Davis came to assess the job within a couple of hours of it being posted and, after a thorough appraisal, gave me some good advice as to how I could fix the problem myself and didn't charge. He is an honest and very helpful tradesman and I very much recommend him.

I didn't actually use this chap as I decided to use someone nearer to my location. However, I was very impressed with his approach and willingness to travel to undertake my job.
