Martin was punctual, polite and very thorough. He has done a superb job for us laying our laminate floor and we will definitely use him again. Nick offered advice on alternative solutions to our problem. We agreed the work, price and time and everything was done as agreed. Nick is is polite, reliable and willing to discuss options in order to offer the best solutions and the quality of his and his colleagues' work is excellent. Great communication. My house needed loose rendering removed. Brickwork underneath repointing, Main fault traced and repaired with new guttering. Finally finished with 2 coats of stone paint. My house has been transformed. Thank you

I would not hesitate to recommend S & L Property Services (Leeds) Ltd. Luke and Jamie fitted my kitchen within the expected time, as quoted and did a fantastic job. They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time. Fantastic service from Cristian - was quick to respond to the initial request, I sent him some photos and he quoted straight away, and then was here 3 days from making the request. Extremely pleasant guy who clearly knew what he was doing and from start to finish I couldn't be happier. He also fitted a chimmney cowl that I had whilst up on the roof as part of his original quote. If you want someone to do a great job, will leave the place spotless and DON'T want a dodgey roofer then he's your man.

Gordon and his apprentice Jeremy did a wonderful job in our garden. It was a small yorkstone crazy paving job. It looks very tidy and well-balanced, we are very please with it. The quote Gordon gave us was very competitive, and he was very timely and professional.
