Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

We required erecting a partition wall to create a walk-in wardrobe, closing an existing door opening, creating 2 new doors on existing walls, installing a new door and relocating small electrial items. Russ provided us with a competitive offer but from the moment he walk through our door to measure the job, we knew we wanted him. He is very professional and well-mannered, and his workmanship and that of his subcontractors was impecable. We are approaching Russ to carry out further work at our home.

We were looking to change 7 internal doors and Kieran was first to reply , he came to see then he sent us the price for doors to buy and deliver and fully installed , when we accepted he came out on time and finished the job in one day and we are very happy with the work , thank you again Kieran .

Came, quoted and did the job next day. Good price, quality work and they worked late when running into issues with re-fitting my old sink which they patiently sorted. Couldn’t have asked for more :-) Dean and Ryan were superstars! Even picked up materials I said I would get but then realised wouldn’t fit into my car, went the extra mile at every turn :-)

Absolutely brilliant service. Lee arrived within 20 mins of first phoning me. Assessed the job went and got materials required, back within 40 mins and all sorted in no time. Michael was a delight. He turned up when he said he would and kept us informed on progress. His workmanship is very good and he cleaned up after himself. He took on additional work to the original job and was able to source colleagues for this. Most definitely use him again.

Graham and his selected team did a great job for us turning our dark cold basement into a lovely room that we use everyday, he was very clear throughout the whole process from quoting to completion and did additional jobs at a fair price. He also liaised with building control meetings. I highly recommend his services and wouldn't hesitate to get him to quote for more work in the future. You can tell that he takes pride in his work.

John is a really nice guy, I'd love to rate his actual work but after chasing for quotes for a few weeks I should have realised. I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.

Jason and his team were brilliant in helping me after a previous gardener disappeared on me having taken a lot of money and leaving my garden unusable. Did a great job, excellent value for money and was quick, efficient, and most importantly, said what he was doing and when he would be doing it. Lance Tait and Longstroke Plasterers quoted to remove a load bearing brick pillar in my kitchen. The started when scheduled and finished on time. The work was completed in budget. The skill and professionalism of the workers was amazing. House left clean and tidy each evening. I cannot praise Lance and his team highly enough. Great Job.

Martin was quick to make contact with me and arrange a time to quote. He came to my house with his wife and they were able to give me really good advice and a quote on the spot which was appreciated. I didn't use Martin on this occasion more due to my own timings then anything else but would certainly look to contact him in the future for any other jobs required.
