Someone came straight away to give an estimate and then came the following day to do the job. Came on time and worked solidly until job was completed. My bathroom hasn't been as clean since the day it was fitted. They offered an extra to the job as booked which was something I was happy to pay a little extra for but there was no pressure. Hired to fix my guttering and they have done a brilliant job, they came to check and work out what the problem is and gave me a reasonable quote, they arranged a date and time to carry out the work and the leak and guttering issues are completely gone. Would highly recommend.

So disappointed, completely unreliable. Answered the phone fine to get the job but once appointed it always went to voicemail with no-one returning messages. Didn't always show up. Ran out of time and missed some important items (toilet, bins) but cleaned completely unnecessary ones (removed pictures and cleaned behind them). What they did clean they cleaned well but dealing with the company was just too frustrating to continue.
