I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. We had a fantastic experience with Jim. His quote was very reasonable, about half the price of some of the other builders. He is a very lovely, genuine guy & also extremely reliable. Turned up on site promptly every day & finished the job (downstairs extension plus a dormer window upstairs) very quickly - the whole lot was done in about 3 months. He talked us through every step & made sure we were well informed. It all came in on budget & he was very honest with his costs & timescales. Highly recommend!

George came round to our house on time and wrote a very comprehesive report as requested. He examined our faulty windows with care and with attention to detail and he also pointed out many other faults that we had not noticed. His report will form the basis of our claim against the window company that made a mess of fitting the new windows and I would highly recommend his services.
