Apart from causing £350. worth of damage to my roof and electrics so far and ignoring my emails questioning why they didn't tell me. The job was done quickly and virtually to the agreed specification. Would I recommend them? Probably not just for not coming clean about the damage and not communicating. I had a quote from them for a fence which I was going to take up, also a couple of other jobs to quote for but I am now looking elsewhere. I have no confidence they will tell me if something goes wrong.

I requested initial tidy to include patio cleaning, pressure washing of patio plus steps to patio door and front door, also clearage of fallen leaves weeding and some pruning especially conifer. I am happy with the result of what was achieved but weeding was not done as anticipated nor the front door steps washed. I hoped the tidy up included plant dead heading. I regret I did not get an itemised quote. The charge of £480.00 was high for 2 hrs work plus waste removal
