As we were moving into our new place in early January we needed everything done before the Christmas break and that left us with just a few days. The flat is c 1,200 Sq ft, 3 bedrooms and he and his mate did a spotless job in just 3.5 days for a reasonable price (we are tenants). James also proved very helpful with the choice of colours and flexible when it came to logistics. Highly recommended.

We hired Gowan PM to decorate our first project of 7 apartments. They are so much more than your average tradesmen; multi skilled, (great tiling and bathroom installation) tidy (put our team to shame), when we changed a main colour they were fab and just took it in their stride. We forget to order materials so they collected it for us. The quality of the work is second to none and has been admired by all. I have no doubt that it will be their work will sell our project.
