Having been let down by other tradesmen, used this site for the 1st time. Martin came out and quoted and as he knew I needed the job finished urgently, managed to fit me in between other jobs. Mr Lewis took the job at a short notice and arrived exactly on time. His fault diagnosis on our combi boiler and plumbing was quick; he explained the issue the really well (with a diagram!) and how to fix it. He also serviced the boiler while explaining what he was doing which was helpful. His rate was definitely reasonable, with no surprise costs. Highly recommended tradesperson, and we will be requesting his services again for additional plumbing work.

Rob the plumber did an ok job. Plasterer only did half a job and never came back. Tilers then came in and tried to tile over poor finish, so I ended with poor tiling job also. Rob was not happy really with the finished job so knocked of a few quid, but I still ended up with a poorly finished bathroom.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now.
