John came out, gave me a quote and came out the following week. He took before and after pictures, which he showed me. I paid in cash with 6 that a receipt would be emailed to me that did not happen. 2. Weeks later, I rained, and I still had water coming in at the same place. Called him, and he said he would come out. After numerous calls and texts, I am still waiting. Not good customer service

We are a family run company with 20 years experience in the electrical sector.All work is carried out to the 18th edition regulations.From extra socket to full re-wire we also have 24hour call out.
The job was a simple swap from a plug and socket arrangement to a fused switch to serve a boiler. Albeit, the work was carried out at short notice and to a good standard. Communication was excellent and arrived on time. I was expecting the plug and socket to be removed as part of the work, but this does not detract from an otherwise very good service. Would use again and recommend.
