Extremely disappointed with the service I received. After turning up an hour late I left Steve to do the job and upon returning 90 minutes later I found my laminate floors patchy with soap scum. None of the rooms had been hoovered, kitchen cupboards hadn't been touched. When I looked behind doors the floors were filthy and they hadn't moved items to clean under them-there were lines of dust around the edges of the floors. Windows and fridge hadn't been touched. V unaccommodating when I asked him to fix it.

Did a fine job cleaning the oven but my manager wasn't very impressed. The quote was expensive despite the fact that I only needed the oven cleaned. He insisted quite aggressively to get paid immediately and refused to leave the property, complaining how he had another job to get to. Because of his attitude, I want to drop it to 3 stars, but the job was fine so I'm happy.

Joseph arrived late, brought incorrect and insufficient materials & took 8hrs to finish 3 small jobs. When I raised concerns, he deflected blame & suggested I buy more materials or have the job incomplete. I had to call for help to intervene before he agreed to complete the work. After paying, he made inappropriate comments about how I should have negotiated with him & about 'understanding people's minds.' I wouldn’t recommend his services, I wish him the best and hope he continues to improve his skills.

I receive a message from company after a month: <<Hello Helen. After sitting down and working all the sums out unfortunately I am making a loss at your property .... so unfortunately I cannot carry on the service at your property.>> NO Customer service and even worse no ability to calculate. Very disappointing experience. The cleaner showed up late without any call or explanation. She wasted 3 hours cleaning just 3 bathrooms that weren’t even that dirty. What’s worse, most of the tasks we clearly agreed on were completely ignored. She waited until the time was up to mention that she wouldn’t be doing the rest because she “ran out of time” — no professionalism, no communication. For the price and time spent, the service was far from acceptable.
