Jonathan assess my problem after a visual inspection and he gave a verbal summary of what was required. This was followed by an email estimate which I accepted. He arrived on the date agreed and started the work and completed it in two days. Workmanship was of a high standard. He has a pleasant manner and is easy to talk to. His was the only response I had to my entry in Rated People, and I'm glad it was. Highly recommended in all respects.

Unprofessional behaviour ! Have been working with me for a year now and suddenly without any communication just left . I have some additional needs child and needs regular cleaning ! I can’t fault Gareth. He was punctual, friendly, polite and trustworthy. He cleaned a grubby stained cream carpet to look like new.
I won't be using scs again. The standard was average. Dust still on blinds, on top of mirrors etc. Agreed for two cleaners for eight hours, but they finished after six to go to another job. Also I was only told five minutes before cleaners arrived that they wanted paying in hand. Due to the late notice. I didn't have cash or cheque to hand. I paid by bacs immediately after, taking three days to clear, but was still rung by the owner who yelled at me that I hadn't paid.

Sloppy job. I wouldn’t recommend this trader as he took the complete money agreed and didn’t complete job uncut bush in the garden. The reason for the was his imaginary wasp nest, which he doesn’t want to come inspect or show. Because he wants more money for further visits. Very unprofessional. We agreed a date and time and when he was held up, he contacted me to let me know and attended as soon as he could. The job was completed as I expected and he told me to get in touch if I had any subsequent problems. No problems so fae!

Paid £650 to damp proof a small area next to my patio door and as at today the area is still wet. Contacted Michael numerous times as he said that the work is guaranteed for 10 year and I can contact him anytime if there is any issues but I’ve had no response. Will write this one off as a bad experience and will get a reputable company to correct it. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend as I don’t believe that damp proofing is something that he does.
