Ben is thorough and professional in his work. When the fire alarm system that he installed was checked by the fire officer, he found it was done to a high standard. Ben has done other jobs at our nursery, PAT , door entry system and door alarm. He did all the electrical work at our home when we refitted the kitchen. Unfortunately, Santino insisted that he got paid a daily rate and was paid each day along with expenses. He was more interested in clock watching that getting the job done. He requested that I pay his expenses each day, which I did incorrect assuming he would provide me with the receipts at the end of the job. He didn't turn up one day, arrived late other days and then text to say he wasnt finishing the job. I use Rated People a lot, and this was by far my worse experience. NEVER AGAIN would I hire him.

I originally gave a five star rating. However, failure to respond to repeated requests for certification of the work done and subsequently being advised that my consumer unit had been left in a dangerous state means that this has to be revised. One star because I cannot see how to award no stars. Disappointingly unsatisfactory.

Asked for two jobs to be done. One job is fine. Second job the fault is still there after supposedly being repaired. Poor level of knowledge. Not very confident. No light bulbs on him.
