Gareth, Dwayne, and Tony made a fantastic job knocking down the brick wall in between my kitchen and dining room, making good the walls and ceiling, relocating gas cooker, moving/adding sockets, plumbing and fitting my new kitchen despite Several delays from my supplier. The balcony repair lasted just under 3 months before it started cracking & crumbling again. Adam said he would come back & fix it. He stated that the building was moving (!) & could only be patched. A surveyor said there were no signs of subsidence. The paint repair job lasted one month...now cracked & crumbling again with insurers saying cheap materials were used...

Work had to be redone, window not straight, tiles on roof had to be repositioned, the finish on the plaster is very poor in places. Quoted for new facia but used old. No receipt given, no guarantee.
