Phil went above and beyond and has restored my faith in Tradesmen. He fixed the problem he said he would for the price he said he would. When that didnt rectify the problem he came back in the evening and spent a further 4 hours working out that the problem was further down the pipework and repairing that for no extra charge. Outstanding work and dedication and I would recommend Phil to anybody. Cant sing his praises enough.

Rich and his team did a great job. I had them quote and fit 2 electric boilers, previously we had an oil powered boiler. As with most jobs there were challenges but Rich and the team dealt with everything in their stride and kept me updated at all times. I would recommend Rich and his team to anyone that needs some work doing.

Came to my property wouldn’t give me a time I had to wait for him to let me know at last minute when he got there wouldn’t get out off van to look then said he will let me know price tomorrow 3 days went by I rang him then he said he can’t do my job because he had to much work come in since last time we spoke not very professional waisted my time never even let me know he was not interested only good thing to come out off this is I found a very good company after called heatfire ltd Walsall ring them
