We are extremely happy with our bathroom refurbishment. It looks better than we imagined because of C&M builders and their hard work. Dorina & Cyprian came to view the work and gave us a reasonable quote the same day of us posting the ad as we wanted the work to be done urgently. They started work the next week and were very understanding of our needs. Dorina was our main contact and was always reachable. She went above and beyond to accommodate our requirements and made sure we were happy. Highly recommend

Really disappointed with Callan. He did not have the competence for the job as the central heating system was more complex than he had seen before. This is not my complaint though. My complaint is that he did not fully tighten a valve in the hot water pipe which runs through my garage so nearly flooded it and he left the bed rooms completely without any heat - none of the upstairs radiators work now and he took one of the valves. That's either theft or just absent mindedness. He also doesn't return calls.

Shiran rang to quote within the hour. Prior to this I had had 3 cancellations from big companies. He quoted less than all of them, offered to come that day or at the weekend at no extra charge and was right on time. He spent 2 hours on the service and went above and beyond the call of duty with cleaning the fire. When I had the service done previously it took around 10 minutes! I prefer to use local tradesmen rather than big businesses if possible and this proves that often the service is 10 times better!

Mirza did an excellent job installing our alcove shelves and cabinets. He fitted them exactly as I wanted it and was always helpful, polite and professional. He was arrived on time and worked hard and stayed late to get the job done - we were worried he was not taking enough breaks but he said he'd just come back from holiday and had rested enough! I would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

I would definately recommend Harry from HTH. I found him through ratedpeople and after working for a few years for some big plumbing companies he is starting out on his own. He came round and gave a qoute, which was competitive and did the job very well as far as I can see. And he is a very pleasant young man which is no bad thing!
