On a job to install a shower, went that extra mile to also fit a support for the shower curtain rail for no extra charge - and the charge for the job-proper was very reasonable too. In these days when finding a decent & reliable plumber is hard, I'm definitely keeping hold of his business card.

Providing all aspects of plumbing and joinery. All works to be carried out by a fully qualified level 3 plumber and a level 3 joiner with 10+ years experience. Family run business started in 2022 by two cousins who have teamed up to bring two very detailed trades together, plumbing and joinery. We don’t have problems we’ll only ever have solution’s.
Did not turn up in the morning. I had to travel to meet this tradesman as I don’t live in the property. He didn’t bother to let me know he is not coming. After texting him he said “ Am so sorry i didn’t update my diary can i come see you tomorrow morning ?” When I said he is not getting a good feedback then he’s changed the excuse to “daughter unwell”, certainly a lie. I’ve seen his FB business page so he is a bathroom fitter and joiner?!! I think I’ve had a lucky escape. Avoid.

We are a small company based in Sunderland,we cover all building work including extensions,loft conversions,kitchens,bathrooms and full refurbs
Almost every part of the job had to be redone. Still snags outstanding not attended to 6 months later. Had to fix creaking stairs myself as builder couldn't sort it. The bannister rail right angle join has just come undone after my child leaned on it softly. It was glued together but should have been properly secured with dowels or screws. This could have ended really badly. Will fix myself as have lost all trust in builders. Very poor communication having to chase up all the time. Extremely disappointed.

I highly recommend Northumbria heating services. They fitted two large vertical radiators with chrome valves/piping. The price was good value and the work was to a very high standard. (Numerous family members have made positive comments) The team were very professional and friendly. They worked non stop until the job was to finished. Will definitely use in the future.
