Providing all aspects of plumbing and joinery. All works to be carried out by a fully qualified level 3 plumber and a level 3 joiner with 10+ years experience. Family run business started in 2022 by two cousins who have teamed up to bring two very detailed trades together, plumbing and joinery. We don’t have problems we’ll only ever have solution’s.
Did not turn up in the morning. I had to travel to meet this tradesman as I don’t live in the property. He didn’t bother to let me know he is not coming. After texting him he said “ Am so sorry i didn’t update my diary can i come see you tomorrow morning ?” When I said he is not getting a good feedback then he’s changed the excuse to “daughter unwell”, certainly a lie. I’ve seen his FB business page so he is a bathroom fitter and joiner?!! I think I’ve had a lucky escape. Avoid.

We are a home improvement company that have been in the trade for over 30 year. We also install kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors, composite doors, conservatories and sun-rooms and much more. We have taken on major contract works in the past by helping renovate the Hilton hotel in Nottingham and Brighton. But we would also go out and fit a curtain pole for an elderly lady or gent. Almost every part of the job had to be redone. Still snags outstanding not attended to 6 months later. Had to fix creaking stairs myself as builder couldn't sort it. The bannister rail right angle join has just come undone after my child leaned on it softly. It was glued together but should have been properly secured with dowels or screws. This could have ended really badly. Will fix myself as have lost all trust in builders. Very poor communication having to chase up all the time. Extremely disappointed.

I have also chosen Agua to do my Bathroom in Feb 2017 as I know they will do an excellent job. They do not request a single penny until the job is complete and that the customer is satisfied. They do not rush the job and are a family firm having their own workforce. I was told by other firms my job could be completed in 1 day with 2 men which I doubt would be to the same high standard. Konrad replaced a rotten old single-pane skylight in a difficult location in our stairwell, needless to say it was a tricky job and not many would have taken it on. Konrad and his co-worker replaced the skylight with a velux-style window in one full day, with everything down to the plastering done by 18h00. It was an excellent job, they were professional, efficient and caused minimal disruption to the household, and their quote was cost-effective. We will definitely be offering them further work in future.

I highly recommend Northumbria heating services. They fitted two large vertical radiators with chrome valves/piping. The price was good value and the work was to a very high standard.
