Tom came around to quote exactly when he said he would. Provided a very competitive price for the work. The work was completed when he said he would (despite the horrendous weather) and he also provided videos of before and after work so I could see exactly what had been carried out. Martin was extremely professional and spent the best part of 2 hours trying to fix our toilet, even going as far as checking the external drains. Although he wasn’t able to solve the problem at least I now know what to do next and he provided several useful videos of our problem to help with that. Would recommend and would definitely hire again.
