I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. Great communication; very quick & clear. Visited to give us a quote & explained next steps. When I was uncontactable due to a problem with my phone (that S1 didn't know about), they tried various methods of getting in touch: voicemail messages, texts, and even calling round in person & leaving messages with our next door neighbour! Good work was completed on time. Only minor gripe was some old paint flakes left lying that I thought would have been cleared up. Would definitely use S1 again though.

Value- see the above,the only saving grace is PPT Co refunded £190 I had paid them and provided further tiles free.However they have left it to me to find another tiler to rectify the job. Reliabity-let down on many occasions. I do not recommend this company.

After being conned I used this site for my job and Martin came round and with with a very competitive quote and no upfront payments i hired him and have had no regrets his enthusiasm, communication and visions for improving my original extension plans and an extra job in the house which he did working long days while me and my wife were away on holiday so we didn't have to put up with the building work was exceptional like the house was when we returned! Cannot praise him and his small team enough!
