These tradesman were brillant they work though the rain to finishing my fencing and left everything nice and tidy. I will be using them again if I need any more work done .

Kris & his team have been an absolute pleasure to work with on our kitchen extension project over the last few months. They have been professional and friendly, with a great attention to detail. Kris approached the project and all of the challenges that we had with a great positivity and can-do attitude. First time using Rated People and it was first class great online communications and follow up processes. Mike Baker was first rate from initial call back through to completion. Took time to talk through requirements, meet on site to survey and estimate the work, providing a clear cost and timescale. The work completed to an excellent standard well within the parameters in my Rated People enquiry. I would recommend Mike Carpenter without reservation and will be putting further work his way in the future

I would highly recommend Capline fencing. Gareth is a friendly, honest & hard working guy and he did an excellent job installing a new fence in my back garden. I would definitely use Gareth again for any fencing!

Excellent job: good advice and discussion in advance of starting work to get a clear picture of what I wanted, as well as updates while I was travelling and busy with my own work; they kept to their timetable and brief, and even came up with a supplementary suggestion (resurfacing my drive) which has set the whole garden improvements off to perfection. Plus, they dealt with difficult set-backs - some damage to the fencing - with remarkable aplomb and helpfulness. Highly recommended!

Superb work from Jamie and his team for a number of different jobs on my 350 year old cottage, including replacing a lintel, damp repairs and prevention, render repairs, roof repairs and lead work etc. He has been incredibly helpful and efficient in completing the works and has dealt with unforeseen problems brilliantly. Couldn’t be happier and would recommend to anyone looking for a skilled multi trade builder in the area

Jesse Ball was on time, hard working and a perfect gentleman. He was able to offer me a variety of options to solve the problem at the top of my garden. The end product was excellent and I was very pleased. He cleared up and removed all the debris from the job. I would use him again, I would recommend him to do any groundwork required. We used J D property maintenance to put in a block paved driveway. They were extremely efficient, good value and very reliable, all of these factors have led to it being an excellent job very well done. I would have no hesitation in recommending them
