First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

Charger fitted but left with wonky wiring and charger cable holder fitted upside down! Charger not reset from factory default settings, New metal fuse box fitted into existing cupboard and left not being able to access the fuses, had to remove the door to gain access to the fuses! Finally the work to the fuse box needed to remove a kitchen cupboard in doing so the cupboard feet were brocken and left to one side for me to renew . All in all although a nice guy I unfortunately couldn't recommend him..

5 Stars for Sorin He was exceptional doing our flooring. He was reasonably priced and his attention to details is impressive. Our flooring was even on some areas and he levelled and carried out everything beyond our expectations. He was always on time and cleanliness outstanding -cleaning up all grime and dust and also taking rubbish away. I can recommend Mark he completed a refurbishment of my bathroom including removal of existing bath removal of all tiles reskimming of walls. New pipework and fittings and new shower tray fitted necessary stud work to form new layout of shower area whole area re tiled new shower cubicle fitted +all shower fittings.All his new work was of an extremely high standard left my bathroom each day really neat and tidy.
