They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. Hard landscaping was fine but weeding left something to be desired. Left a lot of mud and the black stringers from membrane were all over the place so wrapped round lawn mower. Didn't do all the work and though I paid the next day they chased me a few days later and didn't reply to my emails
