Knowledgable and straight-talking, Terry was extremely helpful and offered a lot of experience to back every suggestion. He kept me informed at each stage and he kept the project (which turned out to be more complex than thought) on budget. Would recommend and plan to contact him again for another project.

Robert and Scott where both brilliant, friendly, polite and kept us informed on what they were doing at all times,they turned up when they said they would, and cleaned up as much as possible before leaving, they did an excellent job and did not leave till they were satisfied and made sure we were,all in all from the first visit to the finished work very professional, and you could see that there experience and knowledge was extensive. I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

Jose and his colleagues were extremely hardworking, reliable, polite and friendly. They completed the work in the time originally estimated with a minimum of fuss to a vey high standard. We are extremely pleased with what was achieved and would not hesitate to recommend them to any of our family, friends or in fact everyone.

Came the next day and fixed the leak for me. Done a thorough job and also cleared out the gutters for no additional cost. I am very happy with the service and also sent me photo updates throughout. Would highly recommend.
