Michael did a first class job. Talked through options explaining reasoning behind the choices. He showed me and checked that i was happy through all the stages. He was friendly and courteous and kept disruption to a minimum. I would definitely recommend him and use him again if the need arises. Thank you Michael.

Really good at keeping us informed if anything changed or delays occurred so that we could reorganise in plenty of time. Made such a difference. And we are delighted with his work, his pleasant attitude and good humour. We will be using his services again and again.

John and Dane were fantastic - highly recommend Chaucer Paving! Excellent standard of work, turned up early every day and got the job done in very difficult circumstances (covid pandemic) right up to / immediately after the UK lock down, and observed social distancing respectfully at all times. Helpful, polite, hard-working, reasonably priced and did a great job. I look forward to calling John again when we need a new fence out the front. Thanks guys! (job was laying new patio/fencing/gate/shed base)

I cannot speak highly enough of Quintt of PC & P. Turned up to quote exactly on time, fully explained the work that he would carry out and gave a very competitive quote. Moved other work around as ours was a bit of a rush job. Turned up on time to start work, sheeted up the conservatory floor (important for 'er indoors") and proceeded to complete a brilliant plastering job. Probably the best tradesman we have ever used. I am very happy with the work that Paul did in our house. He was punctual, flexible, reliable and friendly. He also provided us with detailed advice to a lot of our questions. He has very good customer service and I will definitely be calling him again, if we need any work done.

Mark fixed a storage heater for me, he wanted to be paid in cash. I asked him to bring an invoice / receipt with him. He didn't. He promised me he'd send one when he got home. I have asked him on 4 separate occasions to provide me with a receipt for the work and have been promised one on each occasion. If you do need a receipt, I would suggest not using this electrician, other than that he did do the work for the money quoted.

Punctually turned up at exact time. Very efficient in connecting washing machine. Also provided good advice re other matters. Will use again.
