He only phoned me back after I had downgraded my review on here (to help others). And then he had the cheek to say - “well since you’ve left me 1* I’m not bothering to fix the leak”. Every part of the service failed resulting in wasted money, time and damage which now needs fixing. Summary: 1. Rubbish removal destroyed new fencing materials. 2. Remaining new panels were damaged with a) rough, unsupported cutting and b) shoddy/misaligned screws 3. Attached horizontal panel when others were vertical. 4. Failed to align heights. 5. Used damaged materials, despite being asked and agreeing NOT to use. 6. Ignored our instruction during work & request to refund. In short a nightmare.

Richard arrived well before the arranged time which was a bonus. He is highly professional & charming.
