As soon as my job was posted I was contacted by Eddie who came round to my address the same day. He assessed the problem and gave me a very good price for the work. He then completed the job on the next dry day. In total he turned around the work in 4 days. Superb service from start to finish. I will definately ring Eddie for future building jobs at my address. I would recommend him to anyone, 1st rate service.

I would not hesitate to recommend Robert Green. He turned up when he said he would, my garden looks like a garden again, very resonably priced, he is a hard worker, courteous and knows about plants. I will continue to use him on a regular basis.

Excellent job completed by Chris. Arrived at the agreed time and completed the installation of the door in a clean and tidy manner. I was going to try and fit this door myself but glad that I left it to the expert :o). Have no hesitation in recommending Chris to my family and friends. We are very happy to recommend this company.They were excellent and the team were a real pleasure to deal with and have around. They gave a detailed quote and gave good advice helping us stay in budget without losing quality or the end design. They underestimated the number of days the work would take but we were happy to negotiate the cost - no pressure from them to do this, but we could see where the time was spent. Communication was also excellent & they turned up on time every time. Delighted!

Prompt service, exactly what we wanted and they confirmed we didn't need to have an expensive set if repairs through a simple inspection of our cavity wall ties using an endoscopic camera. I'd definitely use again.

Cannot recommend highly enough, Zan was excellent, professional, extremely patient when things didn't quite go according to plan but he found a solution and just got on with the job.He constantly cleaned up,we have asked him to return to carry out further work for us...we are so pleased to have found someone so hard working, honest and reliable.Highly skilled and would highly recommend.

James is a true craftsman. He is hardworking, punctual, reliable, trustworthy and a great guy. James has a vast knowledge and the ability to carry out all various types of work asked of him. We feel very lucky to have found such a nice bloke who does a real quality job. Unlike a lot of builders James does a full day's work and is very conscientious and charges a fair price. The only one of six P&D`s to turn up after saying they would do the job for us.( P&B Maintenance were the only Rated People tradesmen who answered our advert and we were not disappointed). They gave me a quote which we felt was acceptable and agreed a start date. Elliot and Charlie came on the day agreed and got on with the job in hand. They worked well during the day and finished the painting job for us. well done. ps. They did not need to have a radio blaring away like some, this was appreciated.

The job was well divided into separate teams, which allowed the job to move on in a defind way, so that we could follow and understand its progress. Each team were clearly experts in there field. This resulted in the job being completed in a timely manner, considering the weather, and to our complete satisfaction. The final resin driveway was beyond our expectaion, thanks MD Driveways Ltd, would definitely recommend them.

Excellent workmanship and really pleased with the end product. Worked through Xmas and NY so was always going to be a bit mixed with weather but Nigel powered on through and did lots of running around for materials too. Will use again, thank you!

Mark and his apprentice turned up on time, erected their scaffolding and repaired the lead on the back of the chimney. It took less time than he thought and adjusted the price accordingly. Having his own scaffolding makes a huge difference to both the price and timescale. Definitely recommended.
