I would never use theses fly guy again all week they were in my house to do small jobs they wasted time and always made excuses everyday and did not turn up in morning always late afternoon thats if they bothered to turn up at all and to top it all of they tried to rip me of and charge me £850 for materials for my loft which only cost £298 they also wanted £700 for doing the job which was only flooring a loft the lies they told was disgusting Am going to take this further they should not be trading

We at Thyme Garden Living specialise in garden and country timber buildings. From your everyday shed to garden offices, gyms or even golf simulators. Extending further we have a new range of glamping pods and lodges perfect for air bnbs and home lets for extra income. Adding to this we have a team that specialise in decking, paving and drop kerbs. We have over 30 years of experience and will strive to offer the best work at reasonable prices. With all our buildings we offer add ons such as wood burning stoves, gym equipment, jacuzzies, golf simulators and more. We very much offer what the customer wants.
We have been through 7 months trying to get our cabin and decking and patio rectified to an acceptable standard. They started off well and Elliott had a great attitude but his employee was terrible and couldn't cut two planks the same length leaving everything looking really like a DIY project gone wrong. They now have a qualified joiner who is a big improvement and he was working his way through all the defects and rebuilding planters, relaying the patio and re cladding the cabin. Now they have disappeared

Still has not finished our decking, after starting in December 2019. We have paid MrMackie for all the materials and they have not arrived

Hung up on me when i asked how long he would be Sent a text saying i was on drugs for some bizzarre reason when I told him he was an hour late and we needed to leave the house my partner needed to go to the chemist to get his insulin so he didnt die. I cant drive as I have a broken ankle from a car crash. Disgusting unprofessional behaviour

Unfortunately after coming out and giving me a quote. Which we later agreed a slightly lower price on. Then never showed up to do the work. (Now a week later) Not even a courtesy text message to let me know.

Came to start job three week ago . Arrange too see job gave me quote . We then agreed a price . A start date he cancelled 4 times then came too do job built 1/4 off wall then left saying he didn't have enough sand and hasn't appeared since cancelled 3 times . So Iv cancelled him altogether . Never again .....
