I had initial doubts about using this website to find good tradesmen. But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. Lee came swiftly and replaced the heating element, even though it was corroded and difficult to extract lest the tank should crack. Lee's card is on hand for any other electrical repairs or changes.
