We are a well established Building Company with over 30 years experience. We specialise in all aspects of the building trade including electrics ,replacement windows and doors. We are active members of FENSA
The work itself was very good, and while on the job, they were quick, consistent and polite. Problems occurred with finishing off and a number of issues are still outstanding. There were mitigating circumstances - serious illness in the company - but communications with us have been erratic and we are left with a few outstanding issues that we have to deal with ourselves.
Very pleased with the work done, neat and tidy and a friendly guy too. Would recommend.
SOUTHAM PLASTERING
BE WARNED! OK plasterer, APPALLING BUILDER. Put rubber roof on when wet, so now roof is blistering/bubbling. Tried to use piece of aluminum and wood to hold up roof--told by builder inspector he needed lintel. Lied to us, ignored inspector & tried to carry on using aluminum. Tired to get us to pay for insulation included in the quote. Got angry when we asked him not to smoke in our house. Three weeks after said work would be done (and with no changes to original job), walked off job without work completed.

Very professional and very efficient. From first quote that came complete with full work schedule payment plan and insurance details to the finished project that was done quicker than we expected. We were really impressed with Andy's work ethic and quality of work. He contacted me promptly, turned up when he said he would, stuck to his reasonable quote and completed the work in the time he said it would take him. He has gone through various options with us, and whilst replacing the slab, set right a couple of things that other tradesmen wouldn't have bothered with. Andy is also very personable.
