Materials were paid for upfront which we were a little bit worried about at first but materials and team turned up at agreed time. Valley replacement needed due to it leaking into porch. Competitive quote. No money upfront requested - unlike some others. Job turned out to be sightly different from originally thought, due to what was found once the tiles were removed. Came up with an alternative plan that didn’t affect the timescale or quote. Job was finished slightly ahead of schedule, due to pace of work and numbers of personnel. Bit of clearing up required afterwords, but nothing too taxing. On the whole very happy! Would use again.
