I am presently settling claims and undertaking restoration works to properties affected by flood, storm, burst water pipe, malicious damage by tenants or impact damage. Did you know that you can use a Loss Assessor, like me, to help negotiate a fair settlement and then oversee any reinstatement works? I can assess your claim, then I will prepare a schedule of works and submit the details to your insurer, ensuring that you receive an efficient service whether the claim is related to your home or commercial premises. Plus, I can project manage the restoration or repair works for you, no matter how big or small. There is no charge to you, the policyholder, for the Aspray claims management service I offer, provided that I can appoint and project manage the contractors who carry out the repair works, as Aspray is paid by the insurance company for any repair or reinstatement works my contractors complete. Please note, any excess stated within your policy wording, will still apply.
