After some initial confusion over dates, a polite and friendly but also highly skilled and professional team of three arrived on time and carried out the work on both our sites with outstanding skill, speed, interest and dedication and with a minimum of disruption. We were kept closely informed and consulted at every stage of the process and as a bonus received many useful insights into tree care and maintenance. Upon completion, sites were left meticulously clear and tidy. Highly recommended to anyone!

Charles arrived well before the agreed time and thoroughly assessed the job. He clearly explained his plan before starting work. He removed the tree carefully, ensuring no damage was done to nearby cars or property. All rubbish and debris were taken away, and the area was left clean and tidy. We were contacted by the company who could pay us a visit extremely quickly. Despite a professional front A day after the job was ‘done’ the window started leaking again. I texted Roger and he read the message but didn’t reply. I asked my father to contact and Roger has repeatedly fobbed him off. Have offered them every chance to fix the window before leaving a review but no response. Has taken all my money and not fulfilled his “4 year guarantee”. AVOID!!
