Poor work. Chemfix wasn't mixed properly for gallows brackets and didn't set for over a week. The joiner didn't even know which joists required additional strength and I had to tell him what to do. Would not recommend.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.

From the start to finish could not fault the commitment shown by the builder, the quote came in under our budget and work was to a high standard. Always kept us informed on what was going on and when, tidied up as they went and we are more than happy with the final result.

Josh and Dale were fantastic! They've built us an amazing patio. Beautiful workmanship, very courteous, value for money and best of all, they listened to us. They genuinely wanted us to be happy and did everything we asked. They went the extra mile on our job and if if I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Gaby is great and I strongly recommend him. I found him to be extremely reliable, exceptionally capable, a very tidy and clean workman, honest, fair and very reasonable in his costings. I also think that he can turn his hand to a lot of different jobs. Gaby installed complicated stair handrails on three floors and did a terrific job. I have already asked Gaby to do another exterior decorating job for me and would always ask Gaby to do all sorts of decorating, carpentry and building works .

Excellent all round,2 external doors and one frame replaced and painted. Vasile and co worked really hard and did an excellent job fitting locks and new handles. Look lovely. Did such a good job,I asked them to replace the 2 windows on outbuildings ,wood frames rotten so replace and painted using existing glass. Very good quotes for both. Will definitely contact them in the future.

Simon is very very good, he not only sorted our gutters, but realised that the company we used last had left a lot of moss and rubbish in the gutters and in the valleys on the roof. Simon replaced our broken tiles, repointed our ridge tiles, and did a treatment to stop the moss coming back. Every bit was cleaned he even did our patio. Would highly recommend. All work is under a written guarantee for seven years. Worth every penny.

Back in June 2012, J Bryant fixed a flat roof leak I had in my house in Hornchurch. It is now Sep 2012 and there has been very heavy rain in that period with no leak in sight. I strongly recommend you use J Bryant if you have any leaks on flat roofs. I also plan to ask him to work on any roof issue (not just flat roof) when it arises. J Bryant is a Top tradesman.

Simon did an excellent job on the wardrobes. He removed and replaced double slidding built-in wardrobes from one room into another. Dedicated, honest and polite. Very happy with the work. Saved the contacts and will using their services often.
