Some small issues with the varnish and stain colouring on some planks but this was down to the actual wood itself and not the job. Nevertheless the manager came round to have a look and then sanded and re-did the particular planks until he was satisfied that there was nothing more that could be done save for removing the wood itself, proper dedication to a good job.

Bill contacted us and gave us options that helped us meet our budget. The team of lads were polite and extremely helpful, thoughtful and polite. They have done an excellent job, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. We are already thinking about some further work for them.

Edward Fellows did an excellent job of putting new tiles in my kitchen and utility room. He also replaced a shower, put up mirror cabinets and other items such as towel rails in bathrooms. He always arrived on time and also finished his work on time. He cleared up after the work was finished. His prices were very reasonable. Overall I am very happy to have found him and I have been giving him more jobs to do in my house. I recommend him highly.

Gary has helped us create an amazing new garden and we are delighted with the end results. We always found Gary friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable. The job was a big project but it did take longer than forecast for a variety of reasons, including the weather being poor. This was a little frustrating at times but could not generally be helped. I hired Imperial plastering after a very reasonable quote compared to others. Some wanted me to send photos for a quote but Charlie came around to look at needed doing and explained what he would do. He came on time and worked hard, he repaired the ceiling that had fallen down and replastered the whole ceiling in the bedroom and the ceiling in porch and plastered walls. I highly recommend Charlie he was professional and courteous thoroughly tidied up after himself .His plastering was to a very high standard

JOHN IS A VERY FRIENDLY person to have around he did outdoor rendering he did a very god job. However he promised me he can do plastering professional besides being delayed with a week what should I say he did a Terrible plastering job minus 1 rating for this I basically need to redo the plastering would only recommend him for external jobs
