Karl did some interior alteration work at my 90 year old father's bungalow. Karl gave us confidence when he came to quote and we instructed him almost immediately, The job took about 7 working days and was completed more than satisfactorily and to the highest standard. Karl was very personable and was punctual, highly efficient and cleaned up after each day really well. Can't recommend him highly enough. Excellent job and my dad is delighted with the final results.
I'd highly recommend Alan and Kieron from ADK Building. They installed our bathroom to a very high standard from the plumbing through to tiling, installing underfloor heating and constructing custom made shelving to overcome a challenging job. Of course people may want to do this themselves and I can happily work with provided materials if that is your wish. Each job is different and has its own challenges but with my imagination and experience I transform homes. I am also a trained decorator and provide a high standard of finish. I'm a very friendly and trustworthy person and understand the importance of being respectful in someones home. As you can see in my ratings, people have said lovely things about me over the years. I am so impressed with the work carried out by Multitrade. They completed all the work (stairs, two built in cupboards, architraves, skirting boards, 30msq of wood flooring) to a VERY high standard and at all times considered my budget. Suggestions were made along the way on ways that would improve the job. Multitrade are also able to recommend a quality plasterer (Craig - Plaster Right) which worked well. Between them they could agree on what work was needed when so that they could work around each other. Provide plenty of tea to wet their whistle and you can be sure you will get a quality result.
