I would not hesitate to recommend S & L Property Services (Leeds) Ltd. Luke and Jamie fitted my kitchen within the expected time, as quoted and did a fantastic job. They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time. I will be definitely be using their services again! Brilliant job, thank you.

We were really pleased with the work Joe did for us. His price was very reasonable but it is his reliability that really sets Joe apart from other tradesman. If Joe says he will call you then he calls. If he says he will be with you on a particular day then he is there. We would not hesitate to recommend Joe to friends and family.

Paul was really professional and clear about the work, everything was explained clearly and the work completed to a great standard, especially the roof, the builders were really friendly and treated our property with respect, we were kept informed at every stage and we made changes to works and nothing was too much trouble. Even after the work was finished they are still offering advice and help.

Broadoak did a celler convertion for us. They were highly competative with price and had a good scheduel of works set out before work started. Everyone in the office are extremly helpful and the workmen are friendly and trustworthy and became part of the family after a few weeks.We have had no problems and we are very happy with the end result, I would highly reccomend this company and would have them back. Tom took his time to ensure our bathroom was perfect. He fitted everything so well and didn’t finish the job until he knew everything worked properly. He also came out last minute on a weekend when we had a small bathroom leak. We would highly recommend Tom as his work is great and he is extremely budget friendly.

Jimmy provided superb services. I am very delighted with his work ethics and his attention to detail. He gave a very honest quote with detailed cost break-up and kept each and every word while delivering. Her worked long hours everyday to make sure that I am able to move into my house on his promised day and when he completed the job it was a neatly finished job. Very honest builder and he will be the my first choice for all future works. Just go and grab him as you will not get any better one!

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

My quote was prompt and quick, based on photos as I wasn't local for them to pop out and look at the rooms. I was very impressed with Ben & Pete from PJPS Construction, they were friendly, professional and stayed late to get the job finished ahead of the estimated timescale. Plaster work is great in the Kitchen and Master Bedroom. I would definitely recommend them.
