They were very friendly and did an excellent job of rehanging a period door that had come away from the door frame that need cutting out and replacing sections of timber - all at a very reasonable price. Paul's communication was really clear, and he took us through what the options were, what may or may not have worked, but was always willing to give our preferred choice a go first while making sure we had a plan B.
