George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. I hired Luke to do a covered pergola & paid 30% in advance for materials. Communication initially was ok but became frustrating as he wouldn't reply to messages for days. The basic structure was erected but not completed. I didn't hear from him again for over a month, despite chasing. He then said he'd been ill & couldn't complete the job. No idea if he ordered the roofing as he never replied again. The work he's done seems ok but I'm left hanging with no idea of what to do now or what to order.

Arrived approx 1 hour after phoning. Team of 3 worked hard. Work was a good quality and they stayed late to finish the job. Cleaned well after finishing.
They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.
