its very hard to weed out the timewasters i first look at where they are if its the middle of a council estate and they have a 5k budget for a bathroom you know its ridiculous also time of posting anything after 11 at night is often a dreamersitting at his computer passing time your always going to loose some leads its the same as advertising and not getting any calls if your only spending 15 a week your lucky as the job leads are priced by area and in central london that would be one under a 100 job i do think the customers should be made aware how the site works as most seem to think its free for all

Hear hear Andrew.. truth is its always going to be the case when the questions asked in the beginning are vague and non -specific to the actual task. Almost all of my Rated People leads never answer the phone so all I do is bounce it back to R.P for a refund..so I can spend it on a serious customer. There are other sites that let you message them first before paying...then when ignored, it doesn't cost you anything!

Hi Andrew totally agree the number of people who post URGENT jobs you are the first person to buy and they haven't got the courtesy to answer your call or reply to a message! I only use this site for the occassional fill in job, in my opinion that's all it's good for. Ed

Feel you. I spend at least £15 a week on this website just to give people advice! With no job leads! Just advice! Confused also! JIRELAND PLUMBER
