I hired Dyno to do a pipe refit for a dishwasher. I have old Cooper supply pipes for my washer running in the spot for the dishwasher. However, they only installed the y valve and a previously used disposal pipe (which was missing the rubber fittings and leaking immediately). Now, the dishwasher doesn't fit into my cabinets. £150, 3 visits to remedy leak from their parts, now won't call back to remedy what I hired them to do. Quote from others said should've capped one pipe and trimmed the other. £50 job.

Jobs were done to a good standard. However the 5 star rating is given also for the honesty - instead of replacing a toilet the plumber fixed the existing one. Quality, honest service.

Saw two different engineers, both were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Was provided with a quote for the repair at the first visit, this was a fixed price which included the part that needed ordering in so I knew exactly how much the job would cost. Work was completed to a good standard. Although I did have to call them back to follow up this visit occurred the same day and at no extra cost. Would definitely use again.

My daughter has just moved into her new home. The boiler is located in her bedroom, can this be relocated to the loft?

Dave. You need a proper survey. Very few boilers end up in lifts because of the access needed to maintain and service them.

Hi Dave A boiler can be fitted anywhere that the location allows a fully Gas Safe installation to be completed. There are specific regulations. The best bet is to get a Gas Safe Engineer to provide a visit and quote. I suspect you may find that hard due to the demand in the work place but Dyno will definitely provide a free quote as will British Gas.

How much would it cost to render the back and side wall of a bungalow the back wall is about 25ft x 10ft the side is approx 30ft x10ft but then rises to an apex of about 25ft high in the middle , the existing render would need to be removed as it’s falling off I would like a very rough estimate of how much it would cost
