Spoke to Kevin 5 Minuets after posting the job, we discussed the job, and agreed a price. The guy turned up Bang on time ( this is really important when having work carried out ) I didn't have to clean up ( so many workmen don't have the same level of pride) So it's nice to see one that does. Overall the work done was great but a few minor things left me with a bad feeling about the overall job. Having to chase up things like light fittings being put back upside down, internal fan not being refitted, the wrong light switch being changed and a broken floor tile. Although these were addressed and corrected the floor tile was never fixed. Although I sent a number of messages these were eventually ignored in the end, as I had already paid for the work. Disappointing!

James got in touch re the problem in our bathroom. Came to house and looked at job. Quickly gave a reaonable quote which we were happy to accept. Carried out the work to a very high standard. We even had a problem with the power shower which James very quickly resolved and fitted new shower. Excellent at keeping us updated of what was happening. Turned up when he said he would.
