William saved me! What we had thought would be a small job to re-silicone the shower turned into a job too big for my plumber. The same day I advertised on TT, William visited and quoted to replace the tray. Unfortunately, once the old tray was removed, it was clear that this was going to be a much bigger job than anticipated. William rallied his troops and worked over the weekend to get our new shower installed as quickly as possible. We're very happy with our new shower: I fully recommend.

William at Ross Property completed 2 small jobs for me and I will certainly be asking him to quote for bigger jobs that I will be tackling soon. The joinery work involved cutting down an old panelled door to the right size for my tenement bathroom and he managed to scale it perfectly. He also fitted a new type of bath waste unit to replace my troublesome pop up unit, which involved cutting a very neat hatch in the bath side panel. Very happy with all the work and communication was excellent throughout.
