Had William round to install a bathroom he seemed pleasant enough and guaranteed his work. After 2 days the shower riser kit fell off the wall. He made promises to come out and fix which went on for weeks cancelling at the last minute every time by now my tenants were fuming. I ended up having to pay someone else to come and reattach it and fix all the dodgey looking silicone work he did plus the stuff he missed. I’m so disappointed .

William was brilliant and very patient. Kept me informed all the way saw a small job through and got the best finish possible. Gave sensible advice to a very anxious customer without making me feel to stupid. Cannot praise highly enough.
Received an estimate for the work with all costs broken down - new shower tray and enclosure for en-suite and shower fitted on main bathroom Job was completed within the timescale stated and was first class. I would highly recommend this firm
I’ve dealt with many trades specialists over 30 years across the Uk and I am an avid fan of British tradecraft and the high quality that only British apprenticeships bring. I cannot say how professional, extremely experienced, and surprised I was at how good this particular crew was. They surpassed my expectations and bent over backwards to accommodate my perfectionist streak. I would highly recommend them for both high quality excellence, speed of execution and value for money.
