It was a real pleasure working with Matt and the team. My parents were putting off renovating their bathroom thinking it’s a very big job but Matt and the team did an exceptional job to finish everything in less than a week. They are extremely professional, friendly, respectful, honest and punctual. They provided quick solutions for any issues, and went above and beyond to accommodate some extra requests which we had. The previous review was done under duress with Billy standing over me. The truth is, he disappears for considerable lengths of time (days), leaves equipment behind so you can't hire anyone else, switches his phone off so you can't contact him during this time and has the attitude of a bully. He removed our toilet to fix a blocked pipe but then left it so it wasn't fixed back to the floor properly and moved around, when we were in the process of selling our flat, with surveyors coming round. Not recommended.

Prompt quotation and reply to questions from Chris; Lee and team on site were always on time, friendly, professional, taking the time to explain what they were doing. They thought of and provided everything. When you're busy, it's simply amazing not to have to do or worry about anything! Lovely people and the work was very well done and very helpful advice given -we'd have them again. The tidying up inside was also very good but outside it wasn't done properly. They came back to check work done and rectified some small issues but tidying outside could still have been better.
